Often times life is too much of a routine, instead of doing things that makes you happy.

I believe that you are what you're continuously surrounded with. I can remember being around my grandmother as a child and still to this day, I can't think of a time when she was extremely upset or unhappy. I know every day wasn't gold, but they were never visible to me. For 18 years, all I remember is a humble, gentle, and phenomenal woman. Her demeanor and attitude was constant. This is the spirit in which I was grounded and it freely drifted into all parts of me. It became natural. Because of this, I am forced to believe that this lifestyle is what started my inner happiness. People sometimes express that I'm always smiling and laughing (loud + country). I don't force it, it's something that is within me. Be careful of how you portray yourself to children and adults, your impressions becomes their reality of you.

I find peace in being partly responsible for bringing happiness into my life. I know that I have control of my happiness. It is a lifestyle. It is a mindset. My mood often depends on the type of setting I'm involved in or the thought in which I'm boggling. I'm a believer in the energy you give is the energy that manifests. I work to stay away from situations that aren't uplifting or inspiring. I have no desire to be in the presence of anything that is draining or degrading to the joy that is spread within every inch of me.

I long to live a life of happiness. I want my life to unfold and flourish into all things that belongs to me, but I too know that time evolves on it's own. Therefore, I can't delay or rush anything that is destined to happen in my life before it's desired time.

Sometimes we  'want' things to be 'right' because we think it will bring us happiness. When it actuality it is not what we 'need' but we can't see the 'wrong' because we are distracted. Distractions can be people, places, social standards, addictions, poor choices, and many other things. Then comes the force. The well written definitions describe the word as: 1. strength or energy as an attribute of physical action or movement. 2. to make a way through or into a physical strength. 3. to make someone do something against their will. I had to realize that if something was happening on it's own, I could literally remove myself from the situation and it would STILL happen. If something was destined to happen, I didn't in the least way have to be present or force it for it to appear. Because what happens when we force things - is that they begin to become what we 'want' them to be - NOT what they are destined to be. We can't force happiness into our lives. Let's be honest, we've all tried it. Please tell me how long it lasted. A few minutes, hours, days, or weeks? Not long, right?

Decipher if you are happy when you think about someone or something. Decide if you are happy when you are around a certain person or talk about a situation. Natural energy, vibes, and intuition are real - stay woke.

Be cautious of what you do to instill your happiness and protect it. You are your  own prize and asset. Don't wait for a person, a job, or false hopes to bring you happiness. Don't wait for happiness to fall in your lap! Life gives you just as much as you put into it. Be intentional and gravitate towards your happiness!

Are you happy, or are you content? Is it within, or do you constantly search for it?
